Privacy Policy
At Core-Method-Media S.R.L. we respect the privacy of the people who visit our site core-method-media.com and subscribe to our financial education newsletter. This document explains which data we collect, for what purpose and how you may exercise your rights under the legal framework of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, in particular the Political Constitution of the State and Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and Information & Communication Technologies.

The controller of your personal data is Core-Method-Media S.R.L., Tax ID 372849015018, Commercial Registry 00498123, with registered address at Calle Mercado N° 1234, Edificio Andes, Floor 5, Office 502, La Paz, Bolivia. 2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter: your name and your email address. In addition, our server records basic technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, date and time of visit) for statistical and security purposes.
3. Purpose of the processing
Newsletter data is used exclusively to send you educational content on personal finance, downloadable templates and communications related to our own activity. We do not perform commercial profiling, we do not sell or transfer the data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not use it to offer investment products.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your explicit consent, given when you submit the subscription form. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
5. Retention
Your data will be retained while your subscription remains active. If you request to unsubscribe, your data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 calendar days, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
6. Processors and transfers
To deliver the newsletter we rely on email service providers that act as data processors under the corresponding contractual clauses. These providers may process the information outside Bolivian territory, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
7. Your rights
You may request at any time the access, rectification, objection, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise these rights it is enough to send a request to contacto@core-method-media.com clearly stating your petition. We will respond within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information: in-transit encryption via TLS, access controls and periodic backup procedures.

Any substantive change will be published on this same page with the corresponding update date. We recommend that you review it periodically.
